Sunday walk to the Rocks of Solitude Edzell

We had another nice day after we followed the weather to the Rocks of Solitude near Edzell (http://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/angus/edzell.shtml). This is a great place to go for a walk at any time of the year, but especially now to see the Salmon leaping up river.

First you have to come through the secret blue door and then the magic unfolds -  come and enjoy the walk.

  1. Looks like a lovely place to go for a walk, loved the photo of the jumping salmon, reminds me of when I lived up north in Norway, where we could see this every year!

  2. The blue door was jammed Cath, so I just jumped over the dyke. So glad I did.
