What a difference the sunshine can make.
We had many nice visitors today and it was so nice to hear their wonderful comments.
Karen was hoeing the main borders while I was hoeing the borders against the apple trees until it got too hot to work! Will get the last bit done another day.
It was so nice to see the sun and that our daffodils have opened.
This is where I started to weed from the Victoria plum against the wall and right down to the gate.
And so is the Kiwi.
Hi, looks like a bit of good work has gone in there :-) Is there already a woodland garden here, since you were thinking of sharing your trilliums and placing some here? It would be important for a good establishment that they get the right conditions - if you are brave enough to give it a go!
ReplyDeleteYes there is the Pinetum woodland walk I could add in their but would really like to have one growing in the walled garden .
ReplyDeleteI also want to add more trilliums to my own garden but my local GC keeps selling same ones yr in yr out and I have what he has .
Shall just need to keep looking elsewhere for them.Thank you for your comment.

Top of my wish-list is Trillium grandiflorum Snowbunting, but it is soooo expensive :-)
